Sweat an onion and some celery til golden. Add in tomato paste and oregano. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add stale bread ripped into small pieces and two cans of chickpeas. Season with s&p, and garnish with pesto. For summer evenings that turn into fall nights. (Taken with Instagram)
