Lentil “meat”balls with lemon pesto by Sprouted Kitchen. Very lemony and surprisingly filling.
“First we eat, then we do everything else.”
I chomped this for dinner: kale, leeks, garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt. Garnished with more oil and lemon. Made me feel like a dinosaur.
Six dollar Moscato. Tastes like fruit punch!
